Accessibility within the Hotel
We aim to and confidently ensure that all our guests have comfortable facilities, all requests are dealt with efficiently and all guests are made to feel welcomed throughout their stay.
There is one adapted bedroom with twin bedded accommodation also providing adapted en suite facilities.
There is a ramp from the car park entrance at ground level to the reception area where tourist information is provided.
A lift connects directly from the reception area to the adapted bedroom on the first floor,
Assistance dogs are welcomed in the hotel.
Restaurant and bars are on the ground floor. There are no steps.
There is a car park with allocated bays for blue badge holders.
Porter service is available to assist guests with luggage.
There are accessible toilets including a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
There is a ‘bus stop immediately outside the entrance with frequent services to the main shopping centre and inter city connections. The Company provides disabled friendly busses.
The train station is two minutes away by car in Ferryside and a car shuttle service is available by arrangement.
Even access to the beach is in the centre of Ferryside village, approximately 800 metres.
There are lounges on the ground floor and waitress service is available if required.
Brochures and menus can be provided in large print by prior arrangement.
The laundry room is at ground floor level access with standard sized washing machine and tumble drier.
The games room is at ground floor level with level access.
Parking on the grass beside the caravans is allowed.
