All bedrooms are en-suite, spacious and tastefully furnished. Deluxe rooms all have sea view balconies.

B: 2012 2 June - 8 June, 30 June - 20 July, 22 Dec - 4 Jan 2013 Short break from 60% of week
C: 2012 11 - 17 Feb, 31 March - 13 April, , 9 - 29 June, 1 - 28 Sept, 27 Oct - 2 Nov short break from 60% of week
D: 2012 7 Jan - 10 Feb, 18 Feb - 30 March, 14 April - 1 June, 29 Sept - 26 OCT, 3 NOV - 21 DEC Short breaks from 60% of week

Short Breaks Friday, Sat and Sun nights, or Mon, Tues, We and Thursday nights @ 60% of the weekly rate.

Daily Rate: Breakfast at the Three Rivers hotel: 8.00 am - 9.30 am
Note: Cottage service by arrangement

Check-in after 2.00 pm and check-out before 11.00 am at the Three Rivers Hotel reception

The rates include:
Bed linen with duvets, heating and electricity all fitted ro portable household equipment.
Use of all the facilities at the Three Rivers Hotel

Cottages are cleaned and services once prior to a letting period of 1 week or less

Reservations are made on receipt of a non-returnable deposit of 10%, the non-returnable balance to the full cost must be received at least 1 month prior to the first day of the stay. Guests are advised to take insurance against cancellation.

In the unlikely event of the property owner having to cancel a confirmed reservation due to circumstances beyond their control all fees will be returned and without prejudice other dates will be offered at a 50% reduction.

One well behaved pet per cottage is welcome, accommodated on its own bed, rug or cage.
